Neshoba Central swept first-place honors in the Class II Bowling State Championships on February 15th at Metro 24 Bowling Center in Jackson.
In the boys final, Neshoba Central defeated New Albany 3-1 in the Baker Series championship round matching the top two teams from the preliminaries. It was the first state title for the Rockets.
In the girls finals, Neshoba Central outlasted Long Beach 3-2 to win a second straight title for the Lady Rockets and third since 2015.
