Format: Scheduled for two day, 36 hole event (5 team members counting top 4 scores)
Rules Meeting: Mandatory rules meeting Wednesday, May 3rd, at 8:00 a.m. – Clubhouse

Entry Fee: $300 per team, $60 per individual. Make checks payable to Big Oaks
Fees The entry fee covers green fees for the player for the tournament rounds on May 3rd and May 4th, and the practice round. Range balls are included for each player for the practice round and on tournament days (May 3-4). Additional green fees apply for practice rounds beyond the 1 practice round. Lunch is provided both days of the tournament.
Golf Carts Coaches will be provided with a cart. Spectators can rent carts from the pro shop on a first come, first served basis for $10 each day. Please remind parents and spectators to stay behind the group they are following and that any contact with players during tournament play is not permitted.
Location – Barnes Crossing Area
Big Oaks Golf Course is conveniently located in the Barnes Crossing area in northern Lee County, adjacent to the Tupelo City limits. Numerous restaurants, retail shopping stores and hotels are within minutes of the golf course. Simply exit Hwy 45 north on the Barnes Crossing exit and head east about one mile and Big Oaks is located on your right.
Big Oaks is an 18 hole golf links style golf course and has served as a participating course on the Northeast Mississippi Coca Cola Junior Golf tour.
