Directions:	Head west at intersection of Hwy. 8 and Hwy. 61 (at Walgreen’s) You will go through three stoplights. At the fourth light (DSU Coliseum will be on your right), take a left on Fifth Avenue. Go through one stop sign. After the stop sign, take the first right. Go about .1 mile. DSU Aquatic Center will be on the right.
Schedule:	CLASS I & II WARM-UPS Sat. Warm-up Session 1: 8:00a.m – 8:35 a.m. Sat. Warm-up Session 2: 8:40a.m – 9:15 a.m. Officials Meeting: 9:10 a.m. Coaches Meeting: 9:20 a.m. Meet begins at 9:30amCLASS III WARM-UPS: WILL START NO EARLIER THAN 1:00PM! Sat. Warm-up Session 1: 1:00p.m-1:35 p.m. Sat. Warm-up Session 2: 1:40a.m – 2:15 p.m. Officials Meeting: 2:00 p.m. Coaches Meeting: 2:20 p.m. Meet begins at 2:30pm ● Teams closer to Cleveland will be in the first warm-up session; further away teams in second session.
Check-In Procedure:	Teams will check in on the south side of the building. ONE coach is to report to the check-in table to pay fees, get the coach’s packet, and any directions. A coach will then bring their team through the doors on the south end labeled “TEAM ENTRY”. *TEAMS* *MUST CHECK IN TOGETHER!!! Swimmers will NOT BE ALLOWED* to enter individually!! All coaches must be identified on the team roster list that is sent in. There will be wristbands in the coach’s packet for each coach. These must be worn at all times.
Timers:	We will need timers from each school to help time. We will have lanes assigned to each team.
Other information:	$10.00 per swimmer Make checks payable to CLEVELAND CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS. The entry form and check can be brought with you to the meet on Saturday, October 4. To download a free version of Team Manager, go to http://www.hy-tekltd.com/downloads.html.Team Entry File is due Monday, September 28 by 7:00 p.m. In your Team Entry File email, please include: contact name, contact email and cell phone number (in case of questions) total number of athletes and number of individual eventsEmail Team Manager file to: Class 1,2,3: Jonathan Haynes: jonhaynes51@gmail.com Your Team Entry File email will be acknowledged upon receipt. • National Federation Rules will apply for all events • To qualify for North / South state meets, participants must meet qualifying times below in regular season meet. • To qualify for the State Meet, individuals must qualify in the North/South meet. • A competitor shall be permitted to enter a maximum of four events, no more than two of which may be individual events. • Each team shall be allowed to enter as many swimmers per event under the standard and one relay per team. • There will be a Class I,II, and III Boys & Girls Championships. • Fastest 6 from North Half, Fastest 6 from South Half, plus the next fastest 4 from either meet will advance to State Meet. • Only the top 4 swimmers from each team are allowed to advance to state in each event. • The top 8 will score. Only 4 swimmers from each team and one relay are allowed to score in each event. The top 8 swimmers will score. Individual: 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Relay: 18, 14, 12, 10, 8 , 6, 4, 2 Only 4 swimmers from each team are allowed to score in each event. Only 1 relay from each team is allowed to score in each relay event. Heats are seeded according to entry times, slowest to fastest
Fan information:	PLEASE MAKE YOUR PARENTS/SPECTATORS AWARE OF THESE POLICIES ● Gate fee – $10.00 per person, Heat Sheets $5.00 ● NO folding/camping chairs will be allowed in the bleachers!!! Only stadium seats WILL be allowed! ● NO SAVING SEATS or ROPING OFF AREAS in the spectator section. It is a first-come/first-serve basis. ● All spectators will enter through the East lobby doors of the Aquatic Center.
