July 29, 2025—Registration for the Spirit Conference opens

- 10:00-3:00 (agenda/speakers TBD cost is $75.00 per coach)
August 4, 2025—Coaches & Athlete information must be uploaded and correct in Dragonfly.
September 17, 2025—Spirit Conference (Wednesday)

- Registration Dates
- Early Bird Registration Monday August 11, 2025—Thursday September 4, 2025
- Regular Registration Friday September 5, 2025—Thursday October 30, 2025
- Registration Closed Friday October 31, 2025
- Opportunity to Review Divisions Wednesday November 5, 2025 and email will be sent to the registered coach. The registered coach will confirm that their team is in the correct division. If the coach did not register the team in the correct division the coach will submit a form, on or before Monday November 10, 2025 indicating the necessary division change.
- Competition Schedule Released Tuesday November 18, 2025 after 2:00pm.
