Mississippi High School Activities Association The place for high school sports in Mississippi 
The MHSAA/MAAA will be hosting an NIAAA/MHSAA Spring Certification Boot Camp on Wednesday March 8th at the MHSAA/MAC offices for anyone wishing to pursue RAA and/or CAA certification through the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association. The Registered Athletic Administrator certification requires LTC 501, 502 and 503. The Certified Athletic Administrator certification requires 501, 502, 503, 504 and 506.
The courses do not have to be taken in any particular order, but they must all five be taken to fulfill the CAA certification requirements. If you have previously taken 501, 502 and 503, taking 504 and 506 on March 8th will complete the required coursework to take the CAA exam this summer at the MAC Coaches’ Clinic. If you have not taken 501, 502 and 503 but would still like to take the CAA exam this summer, you can take those three courses online through the NIAAA in addition to taking 504 and 506 on March 8th at MHSAA.
