Mississippi High School Activities Association The place for high school sports in Mississippi 
Jeff Bryant has served as an Athletic Trainer for Hattiesburg High School and the Hattiesburg School District since 1993.
Mr. Bryant is the Past President of the Mississippi Athletic Trainers Association, serving in that capacity from 2012 to 2020 while also holding a seat on the MHSAA’s Sports Medicine Advisory Committee.
He also has served with the Mississippi State Department of Health Athletic Trainers’ Advisory Council and the NATA’s Secondary School Athletic Trainer’s Association.
Mr. Bryant is a graduate of Hattiesburg High, Pearl River CC, USM and William Carey.
“Hattiesburg Public Schools saw a need on daily site health care management of their student-athletes years ago by creating the Athletic Trainer position with the leadership from Jimmy Pierce, Dan Pridgen, Willie Coats, Dr. Gordon Walker and Jimmy Hopkins,” he said. “I am pround and thankful to serve our student-athletes. Hattiesburg Public School District has always been and will continue to be a leader in education and providing extracurricular activities for our students.”
