Mississippi High School Activities Association The place for high school sports in Mississippi 
Kira Berch began her career as a Certified Athletic Trainer in 2004. In addition to her time at Belhaven University, Kira has worked at several MHSAA schools including Provine, St. Andrew’s, Florence and McLaurin.
In addition to her C.A.T. responsibilities with Performance Therapy, Kira serves the Rankin County School District as a Health Science teacher and was a Mississippi Star teacher in 2019.
Her efforts helped lead to the first secondary school sports medicine curriculum, which has been adopted throughout the state. She also serves as a mentor for new sports medicine teachers.
