The MHSAA C Spire Slow-Pitch Softball State Championships for 2019 will be held Saturday, October 19th at Liberty Park (located at 810 Madison Avenue in Madison).
The 32nd annual tournament will crown two MHSAA State Champions under the format change put in place last spring. Class II includes schools from 6A, 5A and 4A, while Class I includes schools from 3A, 2A and 1A.
Both of the best-of-three series will begin at 11:00 AM with Game 2’s to begin 30 minutes after the completion of Game 1’s. Game 3’s, if necessary, will begin 30 minutes after Game 2.
Neshoba Central is playing for an eighth consecutive slow-pitch championship, while Houston, Lake and Wayne County are aiming for their first state titles in the event’s history.

Game 1 – 11:00 AM: Neshoba Central vs. Wayne County
Game 2 – 30 minutes after completion of Game 1: Neshoba Central vs. Wayne County

Class I
Game 1 – 11:00 AM: Houston vs. Lake
