Eight MHSAA teams were crowned state champions Saturday in the Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Misssissippi Soccer Classic.
- In Class 3A/2A/1A girls at Brandon, Sacred Heart defeated St. Andrew’s 2-0 for its fourth consecutive state championship and sixth since 2013
- In Class 3A/2A/1A boys at Brandon, Sacred Heart defeated St. Andrew’s 1-0 for its third state championship and first since 2013
- In Class 4A girls at Madison Central, West Lauderdale defeated Florence 3-0 for its third state championship in four years
- In Class 4A boys at Madison Central, Richland defeated West Lauderdale 2-1 for its first state championship
- In Class 5A girls at Brandon, Lafayette defeated Long Beach 5-1 for its second state championship and first since 2015
- In Class 5A boys at Brandon, Lewisburg defeated Long Beach 2-1 for its first state championship
- In Class 6A girls at Madison Central, Ocean Springs defeated Madison Central, winning 8-7 in penalty kicks after scoreless tie in regulation and overtime. It was the second girls state championship for Ocean Springs and first since 2013
- In Class 6A boys, Gulfport defeated Northwest Rankin 2-1 for a second straight state championship and third since 2010
