Description

- Actively research and prospect new sales leads through cold calling, networking and current relationships

The Director of National Media Sales is responsible for driving digital sales and innovation across all facets of the organization. With a primary focus in sales, responsibilities also include designing and implementing digital strategy by working with cross functional partners to supplement existing sales to drive new revenue streams. The Director of National Media Sales will work closely with the VP of National Sales as well as the rest of the National Sales team members to conceptualize and execute on digital sales and sponsorship programs that maximize profit margins and revenue targets. They will ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing and digital best practices between all partners and colleagues.
Responsibilities
:
- Responsible for driving the growth of sponsorship on the National Sales Network
- Serve as our first contact with potential customers, interact with them to identify their needs, and demonstrate how each digital marketing platform supports their business goals
- Must be able to effectively identify and create solutions to help national business thrive in the digital environment
