Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and valid Mississippi teaching certificate, successful teaching and band directing experience, highly qualified per NCLB guidelines, knowledgeable of state and UIL policies governing band, budget and personnel management. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
