Mississippi High School Activities Association The place for high school sports in Mississippi Kemper County High School has an open date for Basketball on December 21st. Kemper County Girls need one girl’s varsity teams to participate in their Two State Shootout on December 21st and a Varsity Boys team is needed on the same date as well to play an out of state opponent.
