Mississippi High School Activities Association The place for high school sports in Mississippi Kemper County High School has an open date for Basketball on December 21st and December 22nd. Kemper County Girls need two girl’s varsity teams to participate in their Two State Shootout on December 21st and December 22nd. These two teams will play one game on either date.
